
On May 10, 2026, surrounded by the serene beauty of a jujube forest, TDC successfully held its second specialized training and team building event of the year. All employees gathered together to empower through learning and unite as one—spending a fulfilling and meaningful day that combined professional development with relaxed camaraderie.
In the morning, the company organized an internal specialized training session. Department heads, drawing on daily operational practices, identified key challenges and focal points in their work. They delivered systematic lectures and in-depth sharing on core areas such as audit standards, ESG report preparation, audit plan implementation, industry qualification applications, and CCAA registration.
The training atmosphere was highly engaged, with colleagues listening attentively, taking detailed notes, and actively participating in discussions and exchanges—learning from each other’s experience and collectively sharpening their professional skills. Meanwhile, to ensure that part-time auditors who could not be present in person could also participate, the event simultaneously went live online. This hybrid format—on-site intensive learning and remote participation—achieved full coverage and shared professional advancement for all.



At the conclusion of the training, the company held a solemn appointment ceremony:
Zhao Dianguang was appointed as a Certification Decision Maker;
Ling Chen was appointed as Chief Trainer and Head of the Audit Department;
Xue Yudong was appointed as a Certification Decision Maker;
Jia Yang was appointed as Chief Quality Officer.
An appointment carries a responsibility; a trust carries a duty.
It is hoped that these four colleagues will embrace their new missions, shoulder their responsibilities, set an example in their roles, and lead their teams to jointly promote the high-quality development of TDC.
With the training complete, team building followed.
Leaving behind the rigorous classroom learning and busy work pace, everyone stepped into the tranquil jujube forest, immersed themselves in nature, and relaxed both body and mind. Unburdened from daily busyness, they enjoyed the lush greenery of early summer, chatting and bonding in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere—fully displaying the united, upward-looking, warm, and harmonious spirit of the TDC team.
