The Three Dimensional Certification (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. Receives ESDA Authorization, Becoming the First ESDA-Accredited CB for S20.20 & IEC 61340-5-1 in Jiangsu Province

After a rigorous evaluation by the Electrostatic Discharge Association (ESDA)—the world’s 

most authoritative body in electrostatic control—Three Dimensional Certification (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. 

has officially signed the ESDA Certification Agreement and received authorization to provide 

certification services for both ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340-5-1 standards. This milestone 

makes Three Dimensional Certification the first ESDA-accredited certification body (CB) in 

Jiangsu Province, opening a new chapter for local ESD certification services in the region.

Globally Recognized Authorization

On April 22, 2026, the Certification Agreement was signed between the ESDA and 

Three Dimensional Certification. Under this agreement, Three Dimensional Certification 

is authorized to use the “ESDA Certified CB” mark and the official ESDA certification 

logos, and to grant its certified clients the right to use these marks on certified 

management system documentation—further promoting the standardization and 

internationalization of electrostatic discharge control systems.

Ms. Lisa Pimpinella, Executive Director of ESDA, and Mr. Zhiwen Sun, General Manager

of Three Dimensional Certification, jointly signed the agreement and expressed their 

shared commitment to advancing ESD certification. Mr. Sun remarked: “This

Rigorous Assessment, Proven Competence

Prior to receiving ESDA authorization, the technical team of Three Dimensional Certification 

underwent a comprehensive on-site witness assessment by ESDA experts. During the assessment, 

the company’s ESD auditors successfully completed multiple simulated audit tasks under the guidance 

of ESDA assessors, demonstrating solid technical capability and a meticulous approach. The group photos 

taken during the assessment bear witness to the deepening Sino-American cooperation in the field of 

electrostatic protection.
